Mitsubishi Motors Group Environmental Vision 2020 Roadmap Announced
Looking ahead to year 2020, the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the company, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) today announced the "Mitsubishi Motors Group Environmental Vision 2020" roadmap for its near-future environmental policy that maximizes the benefits offered by the EV*1 to Leading the EV era, towards a sustainable future." The new environmental roadmap directs Mitsubishi Motors' commitment to the development of technology - spearheaded by EV technology - and to reducing the environmental impact of its business activities in general. As it points the Mitsubishi Motors group toward working with its customers and society at large in creating a pleasing and low-carbon society, the Environmental Vision 2020 also embodies the company's recently announced "Drive@earth" corporate tagline.
